Tricom Fruits manufactures papaya puree concentrate from carefully selected varieties of fully ripened fresh papaya fruit.
Fully ripened yellow papaya fruits are then washed, blanched, inspected, peeled, deseeded, pulped, homogenized, thermally processed, followed by cooling, evaporation, sterilization and ultimately filling in aseptic bags. The whole production process ensures that natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is maintained in the Tricom Fruits final Papaya puree concentrate product.
Papaya puree is widely used in food and beverage applications and is often added to baby food products. The puree concentrate is widely used in jams, mixed fruit drink, confectioneries, ice cream and yoghurt.
Papaya puree is rich in anti-oxidants and fibers, it contains a whole group of vitamins, including A, C, E, B-9 and K.
