Red Papaya Puree Concentrate

The wide product range of puree concentrate products exported by Tricom Fruits includes Red and Yellow papaya fruit puree concentrates.

The puree of the papaya is extracted from naturally ripened fruits and the Papaya Puree is extracted from full ripe papaya fruit, after blanching, peeling, cutting and removing the seeds. The puree is processed hygienically through cold extractor followed by an enzymatic deactivation, evaporation, sterilization, etc.

The puree concentrate is widely used to prepare jams, mixed fruit drink, baby foods, confectioneries, ice cream and yoghurt.

Rich in anti-oxidants and fibers, the variety of the puree concentrate contains a whole group of vitamins, including A, C, E, B-9 and K.
