White Guava Puree Concentrate

Tricom Fruits prepares guava puree concentrate from fresh highest quality guava fruits, maintaining commercial sterility. The guava puree obtained is pure and creamy white in texture, assuring highest quality standards. The selected white guava fruit is then processed hygienically through cold extractor grinding, followed by an enzymatic deactivation, evaporation, enzyme addition and sterilization.

Guava puree concentrate is used mainly for conversion into juices, nectars, drinks, jams, jellies, fruit cheese, fruit bars and fruits desserts. Very frequently, it is used to flavour ice cream and puddings.

Guava is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins A and C, folic acid, and potassium, copper and manganese. Having a generally broad, low-calorie profile of essential nutrients, a single common guava fruit is said to contain about four times the amount of vitamin C as an orange. The aromatic flavour and high natural Vitamin C content of the product makes it suitable for use in beverages, ice-creams, jams, jellies, sauces and baby food.

At Tricom Fruits, the ongoing R&D effort enables it to manufacture guava puree concentrate which retains maximum amount of the naturally packed goodness and vitamins.
