Tricom Fruits processes and exports puree of White / Pink Guava. The creamy puree of this tropical fruit processed by Tricom Fruits retains its natural flavour and aroma.
White Guava Puree is extracted from manually harvested ripened, sound, cleaned and ripened round or pear-shaped Guavas.
Inside the rind of this fruit, there is soft, pulpy flesh that is interspersed with many very tiny, hard seeds. The puree preparation process at Tricom Fruits includes effective, hygienic mechanised processes of sorting, selection, washing, chopping, cooking, refining, sterilisation and packing. Strict quality control standards and checking in each of the processing stages including the pre-dispatch and storage are followed.
Guava puree is used mainly for conversion into juices, nectars, drinks, jams, jellies, fruit cheese, fruit bars, fruits desserts. Very frequently, people use Guava puree to flavour ice cream, puddings and yoghurt.
Guava is a rich source of Vitamin C, maybe even more than orange. It also contains a wide variety of minerals and is a rich source of fibers which make it a popular product for commercial purposes.
Pink Guava PureeLike the white guava puree, the Pink Guava Puree too can be used in making various desserts, drinks, juices, sauces, ice-creams, fruit bars, milk shakes, yogurts, puddings, toppings, cereals, etc. The appealing pink colour of the puree makes it an interesting addition to fruits breads, cakes, muffins, pies, donuts, etc.
