Amla Puree

The Amla or Indian gooseberry puree produced by Tricom Fruits is a 100% pure extract.

Amla puree is an excellent source of Vitamin C and Iron. It also finds usage in various home and commercial healthcare and pharmaceutical products. The rich level of chromium present in the fruit makes it very beneficial for diabetics. Since Amla is rich in antibacterial qualities, it helps the body fight better against infection and also builds up its immunity. The puree is often used for preparing jams, pickles, chutneys etc. Chyavanprash is also made from Amla puree.

The puree preparation process at Tricom Fruits includes sorting, selection, washing, blanching, chopping, cooking, refining, sterilisation and packing. HACCP level of quality controls and checking at all stages of the processing, storage and dispatch are followed.
