After sorting and carefully selection of the desired quality of the ripened fruit, it is mechanically transferred for processing which includes various steps from peeling, sorting, de-stoning to cooking, sterilization and aseptic filling, etc. Keeping in mind the sensitivity of customers for hygiene and quality, Tricom Fruits has evolved various quality check right from stage of procurement of the fruit until final dispatch.
Banana puree is widely used for direct consumption or mixed into daily food, juices, nectars, drinks, jams, bakery fillings, fruit meals for children and for flavouring by the food industry. Banana puree yoghurt makes a healthy snack. The puree is a popular choice for additions to ice cream, milk shakes and other delicious desserts.
Aseptic banana puree is commercially sterile and free from pathogenic microorganisms.
