This product from the Tricom Fruits facility is derived from the best quality, ripened and fresh bananas. Frozen Banana clear juice concentrate, is obtained by extracting the liquid portion of banana puree or puree concentrate, while maintaining the flavour, sweetness and aroma of bananas.

Banana juice concentrate is prepared by processing fresh fruit which has been cleaned, washed and sorted. The pulp is then extracted, treated with enzyme solutions and filtered and the resulting juice is concentrated. Banana clear juice concentrate is the resultant juice made from banana puree that has been clarified prior to concentration.

All processes employed in the preparation of this product are in accordance with good manufacturing practices and under strict quality conditions designed to preclude any contamination or allergen. Processing is strictly monitored and controlled, in conjunction with Tricom Fruits established HACCP Programs, to assure quality and safety.

Bananas are rated as one of the healthiest of fruits. The frozen clear juice concentrate too retains a large portion of the natural goodness containing abundant amount of potassium, vitamin A & B, iron and calcium.
