Yellow Papaya Puree

The wide product range of processed products exported by Tricom Fruits includes puree made from both Red and Yellow papaya fruit. The puree processed by Tricom Fruits maintains the essential smooth composition and quality characteristics of natural papayas.

The yellow papaya fruit puree tastes like a soft ripe Avocado though is softer. Tricom Fruits manufactures Papaya puree from carefully selected varieties of fresh papaya fruit ripened naturally.

Fully ripened papaya fruits are then washed, blanched, inspected, peeled, deseeded, pulped, homogenized, thermally processed and ultimately filled in aseptic bags. The whole production process is designed to ensure that natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is maintained in the final product.

Papaya puree is widely used in food and beverage applications and is often added to baby food products. The fruit is widely consumed as a table fruit, particularly at breakfast and as a dessert. The puree is widely used in jams, mixed fruit drink, confectioneries, ice cream and yoghurt.

Papaya puree is rich in anti-oxidants and fibers, it contains a whole group of vitamins, including A, C, E, B-9 and K.
