Mr. Chetan Kothari – Promoter Director
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Kothari has rich experience spanning nearly two decades of experience in corporate affairs. A first generation entrepreneur, he has successfully set up a fast-growing IT-ITeS company in the country. As a promoter of Tricom Fruit Products, Mr Kothari provides the overall strategic business direction to the Company.

Mr. P. V. Naik - Managing Director
Mr. Naik holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering & he brings with him more than 25 years of industry leadership which, provides him a unique insight into the industry. He has worked with renowned multi-national food processing and brewery companies. Mr Naik has successfully been at the helm of operations of large projects from concept to completion.

As the MD of Tricom Fruit Products, Mr. Naik is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Company. He is assisted in this endeavour by a team of skilled and professional Agro-Business Managers, Food Technologists and Engineers.

Mr. Jeetendra B. Wala - Independent Director
Mr. Jeetendra B. Wala is a practicing Chartered Accountant and brings with him more than 28 years of industry experience. His expertise lies in the areas of corporate advisory, management audit, finance and taxation.

Mr. Bipin Shah - Independent Director
Mr. Bipin Shah holds a Commerce degree and has wide-ranging experience in General Management of Business for over 25 years. Mr. Shah has played an instrumental part and possesses deep domain knowledge in the manufacturing vertical and in the fields of Finance, Investments and Real Estate.
